A native of Detroit Michigan, Harrington moved to Indiana to pursue a career with Eli Lilly and Company after graduating from Howard University, with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She has over 20 years of corporate experience in the areas of manufacturing, engineering, human resources, information technology, diversity and procurement. Holli also served as a Lilly Executive-On-Loan with the National Society of Black Engineers in Alexandria, VA, and led Lilly's Supplier Diversity Development program for eight years.
Holli currently serves on the City of Indianapolis Information Services Agency-Technology Board, the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis Dialogue Group, the United Way of Central Indiana Diversity Committee, and the United Negro College Fund Masked Ball Planning Committee.
Her passion for youth development is evident through her community service as an advisor to the National Society of Black Engineers 2013 Convention, as a Science Bound IPS/Purdue Partnership board member, as a facilitator for the Center for Leadership Development and for the Minority Engineering Program of Indianapolis.
Holli is active in her church, Olivet Missionary Baptist Church, sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and she enjoys spending time with her family, husband Brian Harrington, and three children, Briana, Brailen and Bradley.
